IN VIEW THEREOF, the Court is impelled to reverse, as it does reverse, the
decision appealed from, sentencing the defendant to pay the plaintiff the sum of PI,200.00
with legal interest from the filing of the complaint^ plus the sum of P400iOO as attorney's
fees, without pronouncement as to costs.

SO ORDERED.
